Arrowhead Lake Community Association is a private gated community in Pocono Lake, Monroe County, spanning Tobyhanna and Coolbaugh Townships, built around two lakes that together form the recreational identity of the neighborhood. Arrowhead Lake covers 235 acres and North Arrowhead Lake covers 86 acres. STR is permitted at Arrowhead Lake. Rental properties must obtain a permit from their respective township — both Tobyhanna Township and Coolbaugh Township require a township-level STR permit in addition to the HOA registration with the ALCA. All guests age 14 and up are required to have a QR code or photo ID access pass to use community amenities.
